REGISTRATION & BRACKETS TIMELINE
MODIFIED PLAYER PLACEMENT
The modified player placement rule was originally instituted in the NECSL to allow clubs to place players in the appropriate age group based on that player's development (late developers). For the fall season, the Modified Player option will continue, but a team will only be allowed to have three (3) "late developers/modified players" per team. If there are more than three modified players on a team, that team will need to play in the age group of the modified players. The Modified Player Placement form for Fall 2024 will be shared with clubs on Monday, August 5, 2024.

- All U8-U15 Teams that are participating this Fall need to register in Gotsport
- All teams must be registered by Wednesday, July 10, 2024

- When registering teams, don't fuss about preferred Divisions as we will use the Bracket Placement Google Sheets process (similar to previous years) to place all teams correctly.

REGISTRATION & BRACKETS TIMELINE
- June 17, 2024: Gotsport Team Registration Open
- June 17, 2024: Initial Fall Brackets Shared
- All teams must complete the Bracket Process
- Initial U8-U15 Brackets: Boys | Girls
- Please review the Instruction Sheet before making any edits to the Brackets
- June 26, 2024: Zoom Meeting at 11:00 AM with Club Directors
- June 27, 2024: Request for Information Shared with all Clubs | Due Date is July 12, 2024
- July 10, 2024: All teams participating in the Fall must be registered in Gotsport
- July 10, 2024: Final Day to make edits to U8-U15 Initial Fall Brackets
- July 12, 2024: Request for Information Due
- July 15, 2024: Updated U8-U15 Brackets shared with teams. Brackets now locked, only changes can be made via Bracket Change Form
- July 19, 2024: Final Day to complete Bracket Change Form | Brackets and Registrations are 100% complete, no changes after this date.
- July 31, 2024: Schedules Released | Home Teams start entering time/venue into Gotsport
- July 31, 2024: Team Fees shared with all clubs and due September 6, 2024
- August 5, 2024: Modified Player Request Form shared with all clubs
- August 7, 2024: Referee Fees shared with all Clubs | Payment #1 Due August 28, 2024; Payment #2 Due October 2, 2024
- August 19, 2024: Schedules locked in Gotsport
- August 28, 2024: Zoom Meeting at 11:00 AM with Club Directors
- August 29, 2024: Final Day to enter requests for Modified Player Placement
- September 6, 2024: Team Fees Due
- September 7-8, 2024: Opening Weekend

- U9/U10 Girls (Taunton & Lancaster): 9/15, 9/29. 10/20, 11/3
- U8 Boys (Taunton & Marlborough): 9/15, 9/29, 10/20
- U8 Girls (Taunton & Marlborough): 9/22, 10/6, 10/20
TEAM FEES
- Week to Week Teams = $325 per team
- U8 Jamboree or U9/U10 Festival Teams = $425 per team
- Team Fees will be shared by July 31 with all clubs and due by September 6, 2024
REFEREE & ASSIGNING FEES
- The below breakdown is based on a 7-game schedule
- No referees at U8 Jamborees
- Referee Fees will be shared with all clubs by August 7, 2024
