SUMMER SHOWCASE ROSTER INFORMATION
Roster Information:
  • When adding coaches and players in Roster Builder, you must add them to the event: USSSA Soccer - Adult Team Registration 2025/2026
    • Coaches and Players need to sign into their account and complete their USSSA Release form which can be found in their dashboard under requirements
      • If they have a yellow triangle sign next to their name, it means they still need to complete the waiver
  • In roster builder, next to your team, you'll see a green icon - press that and you'll see what players/coaches still need to complete
  • If players are not seeing their USSSA participation waiver, you need to ensure all players have USSSA Adult as their competitive level
    1. You ensure this by clicking on Club Management ---> Players
    2. For filters, choose your Team
    3. Check Box at the top to click on all players, then click on Comp Level/Affiliation
    4. Choose USSSA Adult
  • As players complete, continue to hit the green icon on the roster builder, and you'll see them complete and approved.

If you are showing 0/0, it means you currently have no players registered or approved. If you're showing 0/22 (for example), it means you have 22 players rostered, but none are approved. For approval, players need to have a headshot and complete the USSSA participant Waiver, and then admin clicks on Green Button in Roster Builder.

Roster Rules
  • A player can not turn 24 years old in 2026 and participate in the league.
  • Teams can have current 17 Year Old Players on their roster

17-Year-Old Players Additional Information
  • If your team has a 17-year-old (they must be at least 17 to participate) please email [email protected] to ensure your team settings are correct for you to add those players to your roster.
  • Teams can have 17 year olds on their roster
    • If a player on the roster has not yet turned 18 then all 18+ players on the roster and coaches will all need to complete SafeSport
  • If there are 17 year old players on the roster, the dashboard is where U18+ and coaches will see where they have to complete Safesport.
  • If 17 year old players on the roster, coaches will also need to complete a background check (also found in their dashboard).
    • If they previously completed Safesport they can click on check records or upload Safesport certificate
